Irregular Choice - Miss Thing

I don't often do little heels, in fact of the 90+ pairs i do have i own 2 of this size heel, I often buy shoes on impulse and first impressions but these being a Poetic Licence pair i didn't look for these i just happened to come across them on a site that put both PL and IC on the same page and thought they were really cute, i didn't buy them straight away but for days afterwards i would go online and check my size was still in stock until one night i caved.

I am very clumsy in small heels so straps are very important for me with this style, the insole has a heart pad built in so the ball of your foot is cushioned very nicely, the strap is trimmed in a soft suede so it doesn't rub the skin without socks and they are just so lovely to wear.

They have cute little silky bows on the back and super pretty little pink dots all over, teamed up with the bow on the front these really are sweet in style. My boyfriend doesn't share his views with me on my shoes too often because he doesn't have to wear them, he did however tell me he doesn't like these ones, it actually makes me wear them more, if he doesn't like them that means one more person out there that will love them and because they are like wearing slippers i have no excuse not to wear them as everyday shoes.

The heel height: 6.5cm
The sizing fit: True to size
The width: True if a little narrow

Do you have a pair others don't love like you do? Don't you love how we are all very different in taste and style? leave me a comment below.

Bathbomb Friday - Blackberry Bathbomb

This week i am writing about an old favourite, I'm not sure why i've never blogged about it before but this really is one of those staple bombs that if you go in store you want to stock up on, i love the colour, the scent, just everything about it.

The bomb itself is very plain to look at, a dusty lilac in colour that simply says BOMB on it but the outcome of it hitting the water is just beautiful, I'm not use to bath bombs fizzing, i seem to go for bombs that just melt away into patterns but this one actually made a fizzing noise and gave off lots of bubbles like a bomb from a cartoon dropped in water which was fun.

I don't have a clear photo of it because of the colour of the water afterwards but at the end of the fizzing, bubbling madness in my bath there then was a little note floating in the water that said 'boom boom' which was a very quirky extra that i wasn't expecting the first time i used one of these.

Have you used a bath bomb lately? Do you have a favourite? Let me know by the methods below

Irregular Choice - Mal e Bow

Most people collect something, for me it's a lot of things but as well as lots of shoes i love Mal e Bows in every colour, they were the first shoe i fell in love with and the first one i bought in more than one colour, they make me feel like a princess and come in the more beautiful colours and styles i have a real soft spot for them.

These are from a few seasons back and really caught my eye with the bold and bright heel along side that crazy pattern on the bow, the shoe itself is covered in a glitter sun flower design which in the sun really sparkles, the bow has a pink and lime green aztec style pattern and the heel is in a soft suede which just tops of the eye catching colour combo.

To date i have 16 pairs of this one style, they say if the shoe fits buy it in every colour and i've taken that quite literally but everyone has a limit and i'm now in search of the colours that don't come up in my collection very often, some bright block colours would be lovely but i'll have to live in hope for now.

The Fit: True to size if a little snug at first
The Heel Height: 9.5cm
The Width: True if a little narrow at first

Bath Bomb Friday - Father Christmas

I know it's not Christmas, i've not gone crazy, i have however just found three christmas bath bombs i forgot i had and since it's always nice to relive things you've enjoyed i figured why not!

This one is Father Christmas by Lush

The bomb itself is the face of Santa, it's a slightly pink and white tone and it's one of the bigger bombs i've bought, it's from the same scent range as snow fairy which people go crazy for at Christmas but i've never been a massive fan so this being similar to the shower gel but not as strong is perfect for me.

It's one of those surprising bombs, unlike intergalactic where you can see the rainbow of colours you're likely to see in your bath but with this one you don't really expect to see anything, a little like with butterball you hope for some lovely oils and a nice scent but not much else and you'd be wrong.

From no where the bomb starts swirling around and leaving a green trail which makes sense as the pink i guess should be more red and red and green are Christmas colours, its not a really fast fizz like some of the bombs are but it's a therapeutic spin which is nice to watch.

The green is so much more overpowering than the pink so it turns the water a very vibrant green, there was a good amount of bubbles left over which was nice, i really just had a very enjoyable bath with this one, keep it on your radar for when they are next released because it's a good one to stock up on for yourself and the kids.

Irregular Choice - Squiggly Diggly

Tuesday Shoesday is here, i have finally sorted the scheduler and after missed a week i now have plenty of content to keep us all busy for a while
Today im showing off Squiggly Diggly, quirky in name and just as quirky in real life.

These are one of the most comfortable styles i've owned, i can wear them for hours and barely know i have shoes on, the straps and bows sit snuggly against your foot so there is no rubbing, there is an elasticated side to the inside of the ankle strap which is helpful for getting them on and off.

They are such fun to look at and they draw lots of attention to them, i really enjoy wearing them out as one of my few pairs of open toe shoes and because they contain so many different colours they go with so many things. The straps are a soft suede feel, the bows are a almost sequin effect and the heels are covered in a dyed cotton.

The Heel height: 4.25inches
The Size fit: Normal
The Width: Normal to slightly narrow

Do you have an older style? Are there any styles you'd love to see remade? let me know in the comments or over on instagram @tiffanycallan
