Use Ups is back

So when I started my blog i'd often write about the things i'd used up over an amount of time and as well as sharing my views on new and old products it also spurs me on to actually use up new samples and get through products that have just been sat on my shelves.
I'm a few days late as i'd hoped to be sharing my first Vlog post with you but my camera is still no where to be seen, fingers crossed for next month.

So I've also included some bits that aren't completely used up but also that I know i'll just never use again.

Top row
Advance Techniques colour reviving conditioner, is it just me or do some products seem to last for years and years, I've been using this product for so long but it really is not something i'll repurchase, I did find it helped keep my colour in my hair but it didn't give me any added moisture or shine and there are lots of other, better products on the market.

FCUK Urban This was my husbands but I stole it after I first sniffed it, I love the Urban range and the citrus scent, it left me feeling fresh and clean and I didn't sweat with it however, I didn't last all day, I got about 3-4 hours before I noticed the scent wear off and I had to reapply.

Whisk body butter, lovely almond 'three wishes' scent and great light product but a little too watery for me, perfect for summer straight after the shower though.

Parma Violets body scrub, really tiny scrubby bits, no scent, watery, overall no a good scrub but I did good and finished it all up, just glad it's over.

Garnier Ultimate Blends 'the sleek perfector' oil, gorgeous scent and really glossy on the hair, the only downside to this product is that after 24 hours I noticed it was greasy and heavy on my normally very dry hair.

Garnier Ultimate Blends 'The strength restorer' serum, again another gorgeous scented product, lighter than the oil and didn't leave my hair so greasy but i'd say this is a one day product as a second use make it look too shiny.

Second row
Avon Lavender bubble bath, Just another product stuck at the back of the cupboard needing to be used up, I won't repurchase, I think this was a Christmas gift but i'm not a fan of lavender.

Macadamia Oil Extract hair mask, this was a £1 product from a b+m or pound land and it's great, after a week of grime, grease, product and heat this is a great cheap product that leaves your hair soft and smooth and ready for a new week.

Soap and Glory Heel Genius, I've tried a lot of foot creams, gels, serums over time but this is my holy grail, I adore soap and glory but this sorts my dry, flaky, tired feet out in just one use, I don't need to repurchase I already have 4 mini's and a full one on standby :)

Johnsons body care, this was another item I've had lying around and it just needed using up, it claims to offer 24 hour moisture for dry skin but I really didn't feel any benefits from it, great as a smooth body wash and lovely for baby skin but nothing special to make me want to repurchase.

Tresemme, we all know the name but this 'protect, anti breakage' is just not for me, I found it grainy and it didn't leave my hair soft or break free, not one to repurchase despite the hype.

Avon naturals 2in1 Shampoo and Conditioner, not a rebuy on principle that I don't use 2in1's, they cannot clean and strip hair like a shampoo and nourish and softens like a conditioner in one bottle. Lovely scent in mandarin and kiwi but drying and simply used to get it gone.

Pantene pro-v youth protect 7, lovely scent and very conditioning, i'd consider repurchasing if this was on offer as I did find it left my hair soft and it added moisture.

Argan Oil conditioner, another great £1 item, great for lathering your hair when your short of a hair mask or for a deep condition, i'll be repurchasing when I've used up my other 50 conditioners :)

Third Row

Avon solutions vibes eye roll on, this is a throw away, I really don't feel after a full month of using this that it's had any effect on my face and eye area so I've given up on it.

Used up Dior diorshow iconic, 17 Wild Curls, Avon Supershock Max x2, Avon superDrama x2, Loreal paris Collagene, Avon spectraLash and Avon SuperCurlacious and of them all i'd buy a grand total of none of them again, they were drying, flaky, 4 of the 6 dried out before I even used them enough to get a feel for them.

Garnier Nutritionist caffeine eye roll on, i'm throwing this out as it's another product that isn't doing it for me, I've been trying it on and off for months and it's just not giving me any results.

Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Treasures Conditioner, this smelled lush! I really liked the feel of it in my hair and it didn't leave any residue when I washed it out but it did leave the scent behind, i'll be looking to purchase in the future.

Matrix Biolage Hydrasource conditioner, I wanted to love this however I found it left my hair really soft but almost flyaway so I didn't get on with it, I won't be purchasing.

Garnier Ultimate blends Honey Treasures shampoo, unlike the conditioner I wasn't head over heels with this, I liked it an loved the scent but I didn't feel it gave me a really good clean after swimming so i'll think on this one.

Loreal Elvive nutrigloss luminiser, oh my I love this, it left my hair soft, shiny, it smelled lovely, i'll certainly be looking out for this in store when I next need some shampoo.

Matrix Biolage Hydrasource shampoo, like the conditioner I wasn't blown away, I didn't notice anything that made this stand out or make me want to reach for it again.

And that concludes our really long Use Up, I don't expect this months to be as long however I have already got two in the box :)

I even dragged my husband into this months use ups and he manage 4x Nivea products, 2x FCUK, 1 Lynx, 1x sample Garnier and 1x Hugo Boss, I've now refilled his shelf with more stuff I find too manly for me :)

Let me know what your loving this month, if you plan on having a big clear out or if your hoarding things you really should be using up.
TJ x
